Our Vision

To be a leader in providing oral and orthodontic care and promote overall wellness for the community.

Mission Statement

To enhance self-esteem, self-confidence, and overall wellness of the community by promoting oral hygiene and orthodontic care that will last for a lifetime.

Goal 1 - Project Action Plan

By February 28th of each school year, conduct a Dental Health campaign to address the importance of good oral health and hygiene for a minimum of two-hundred private and charter pre-school and Title 1 elementary students.

Objective 1: - By August 30 th of each calendar year, identify and meet with administration of identified pre-school and Title 1 elementary schools to share and get by in for their involvement in reaching this Orsborn Foundation, Incorporation goal.

Objective 2: - By December 31st of each calendar year, identify and acquire effective written, visual, and hands-on educational resources to present and/or provide to a minimum of 200 students in identified schools.

Objective 3: - By February 28 th (The end of Dental Health Month), conduct presentations to a minimum of 200 students at identified schools.

Objective 4: - By April 30 th of each school year conduct an application and review processes to identify high school seniors to be awarded a scholarship, based on specific criteria, to pursue higher education following graduation.

Goal 2 - Project Action Plan
By November 1 st of each school year, identify 2 Title 1 middle school students in need to receive free orthodontic treatment from Orsborn Orthodontics.

Objective 1: - By September 30th of each calendar year, communicate with private and charter middle school Title 1 school administrators, including guidance counselors to identify a minimum of 2 students in need of orthodontic care to receive treatment from Orsborn Orthodontics.

Objective 2: - By November 1st of each calendar year, meet with identified students’ parents to share information and acquire signed agreement from parents to accept the free orthodontic treatment, select office for treatment, and accept responsibility for getting their child to appointments for scheduled treatment.

Objective 3: - Provide prescribed treatment for identified students free of charge.

Goal 3
By November 15 th of each calendar year, conduct a food drive or gift card campaign geared to collecting resources, which will be given to a minimum of 5 families of students in private and charter Title 1 schools to purchase food items aimed at enabling them to acquire or maintain strong teeth and bones, as well as overall good health.
Goal 4
By December 15th of each calendar year, conduct a food drive or gift card campaign geared to collecting resources, which will be given to a minimum of 5 families of students in Title 1 schools to purchase food items aimed at enabling them to acquire or maintain strong teeth and bones, as well as overall good health.
Goal 5
By December 31st of each calendar year, identify a minimum of 5 local events, companies, organizations, or others to partner with the Orsborn Foundation in achieving its vision.
Goal 6
On an ongoing basis, utilize resources to seek the assistance from local, state, and federal agencies to achieve our vision, to include, but not be limited to donations and grants.
